"Perfect location for visiting cinque terre, 5 mins walk to the station and 5 mins walk to the main town of spezia. Friendly staff and helpful reception. Only snag is the breakfast, 1st was excellent but 2nd and 3rd deteriorated. Not sure if you just need to be early to get the good stuff or something."

Try to message them regarding arrival time the day before to make sure the reception area is staffed when you arrive, they sent us a message to request that information but we didn't receive it until after arrival, but a quick call solved that easily.
