"Stayed here for partners birthday in January. The hotel is beautiful, facilities are great. Very modern and fresh looking. Staff were great. We came back to the hotel when the weather got a bit overcast and enjoyed the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony with a pitcher of sangria. This was a great experience with the sun beating through the conservatory like construction when there was a break in the cloud. "This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....
