"Excellent customer service at the desk and very nice room! Some issues with getting ahold of the desk from the room and also having to ask twice to have room service of any kind (towels, coffee, and a kettle). The pool is super nice but the deck needs to be properly drained. Signage is poor and we had a hard time finding the pool or other areas of the hotel. I will return as it was lovely. Just a few inconveniences."
