"This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. As soon as you walked in to the moment you walked out, the team were polite and very helpful. The room was a great size, plenty of luggae space (we could fit 2 suitcases on the side stand), good products and always well stocked. The room was modern and clean and had a bath as well as a shower. The spa was amazing, with a jucuzzi, steam room, sauna and the pool was very inviting. the gym equipment was well kept and had everything we needed. Breakfast was relaxed and the choice was food and service were excellent. The staff were helpful and willing to make anything for you. Shoeb was one of the staff that helped us and provided us with a lot of information on Mumbai. Our highlight was a young lady who met us when we checked in and went on to provide us with information, help and a great service throughout. Thank you Sweta for looking after us!!!"

"Stay was very comfortable. Since property was fully booked, we could not get our connecting room nor able to enjoy hotel facilities. Room to improve: Food & Beverage services. The restaurant was packed for restaurant and it wasnt easy for both guests and staff members to move around which led to chaos. Location was perfect and safe to stay."

"The room was nice, a little out dated but clean. We got a partial sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and had some cook to order food items. The bar had a happy hour. However there was only one beer included in the offer, which was more expensive beer, Carlsburg Elephant. During our stay, there was a film being filmed on the roof terrace, where the pool was. We were not told about this, and our room was right below, so every night (6 nights) you could hear banging, people walking and loud music, sometimes into the early hours. We did not want to move as we had a lovey view. When we went to the pool the whole area had not been cleaned up from the film shoot, there was something in the jacuzzi so could not use that all week, there were no sun loungers so had to get some chairs to put by the pool, and no towels, so had to ask for these to be brought up. Not the service you expect. We were paying customers so expected to be able to use all facilities, and was disappointed that the pool and terrace area was not fully available to its guests. We chose the hotel for the pool and terrace where we could have a meal on, Having a film shoot on the roof spoilt our first experience in India,"
