Cosy 2 Bed traditional 200 year old Yorkshire Dales Cottage.

"Stainforth Cottage was beautiful, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Beautiful and tranquil location at the edge of the homonymous little Dales village. Great last minute catch. We walked out into the little green in the morning and played cricket with the local kids and their Family. Italian Grandad, just like me, had moved to England fifty years ago or so. Later we went cold swimming and waterfall showering up to Catrigg Force. Exhilarating ! It was great fun and homely comfort at the lovely and characteristic Yorkshire Dales cottage. Luigi Ramon"

"Great choice for exploring Yorkshire Three Peaks & Settle to Carlisle Railway. Spacious, well-equipped cottage in quiet location with excellent accommodation for living and sleeping. Attractive small garden for relaxing after our days walking in heatwave conditions. Could not find any property information pack nor operate Bose music system. No instructions for used bedding or bins. Would it be too much trouble to provide one ~20p dishwasher tab per day?"

"Its a lovely traditional country cottage with the backdrop of Penyghent that had all the essentials you need as if you were at home and right next door to a homely tearoom. Heather was a superb host to us. Ideal for you walkers and hikers of the Yorkshire 3 peaks. Would definitely use again!!"

"Beautiful scenery/area. Take basic groceries as shop is about 1hr away. Advertised pictures are out of date as not actually the same as what's in cottage. The kitchen cutlery pots pans ought to be replaced ASAP Telling clients to have left by 9am on leaving day is unacceptable but not Advertised, nor entry until 5.30pm on start day. Iv never had to strip beds & other linen when staying away, so we came home late the night b4. Overall we enjoyed our stay & lots of sunshine."
