"Cottage was just as described. Small and compact. Very clean and comfortable. Great shower and comfortable bed. All the equipment you needGreat position in Settle. The only thing which let it down was the rubbish left. Comfy seating in the courtyard would have been nice as well as we had great weather. Lovely pubs within 5 minutes walk"

"Great location and really friendly & helpful staff. Although there were none visible during our stay, dogs are welcome for a small charge. Parking is understandably at a premium due to its village location. Check out of 10am but people naturally leave there cars whilst going for a walk. This means the car park was still full at the 3pm check in time. There is spare parking available at another property but it’s always best to have your car where you’re staying. Superb walks from the doorstep up to Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and round to the beautiful Janet’s Foss. We had a meal in the Lister Arms whilst we stayed there. Although it was nice we felt it didn’t live up to the AA rosette standard they’ve been awarded. The breakfast however was amazing. Fresh( & we presume) local produce that was hot and plentiful. Cereals and toast as well as decent tea made it a hit "

"The Cottage was spacious and cozy all at the same time. Loved the kitchen and the large table in the living area was great to host NYE with family also staying in the area. Easy access to wonderful walks straight out the door and a wonderful drive over the moors. Will definitely return and Adam was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate to book this delightful Cottage. "

"Charming 3-level cottage with very cosy tv-lounge on lowest level. Street-level entry is to the kitchen area and main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Freshly decorated and clean. Bigger cars will struggle navigating the tiny lanes to park outside the property; that said, a rather large builder's van working across the road had no trouble. Overall, very good."

"Helpful and flexible with uncertainty over bookings, and the accommodation was at least satisfactory in general... but there was drastically inadequate parking for a full hostel, and we were not given all the necessary info about how to gain access to the buildings ! ( a helpful resident who happened to be up late saved us from standing outside in the cold and dark. Make sure the person on the desk not only gives over the FULL keypad entry number...but also HOW to access the key pad in order to actually press the numbers and symbols in! :-l"

"Excellent few days in this lovely olde world little cottage. All modern heating, lighting, smart tv, bathroom with excellent shower, kitchen with microwave etc but in a quaint setting. River Ribble a with its many ducks only a couple of yards from back yard with outdoor seating.walking distance from Settle and many lovely walks both short and long from the door. Add to the aforesaid a very comfy double bed I recommend this little haven."

"It is amongst the cleanest of this sort of accommodation I've stayed in and that's the biggest draw - as an asthmatic and having stayed in a few properties in the area that have bad black mould and were dusty, the cleanliness is super important to me. There are a few things that could be updated in the property/some little things that could be provided to make a week's stay easier but nothing that puts me off booking. Very, very comfortable beds and the area is perfectly quiet at night. For us, Langcliffe is a great option as there are some lovely walks from the door, and is just a 15 / 20 minute walk from Settle proper, the perfect distance for a post-prandial or post pint walk in the evenings."
