"Staff were really nice and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were spotless. The light show every night was brilliant and something I’ve not seen before in a hotel. Breakfast was great with so many options. In two occasions we had free gifts sent to the room including a Portuguese tart and little biscuits. If you chose not to have your room cleaned for one day they provide a €5 voucher to use at the bar. It’s in a great location which isn’t too far from the centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Fabulous location and wonderful staff. Our room had a huge balcony with a fabulous view of the city. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop bar. It was my second time staying there and the hotel left me a thank you note with a split of port wine to welcome me back. What a wonderful gesture. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here and be pampered, "

"The property is tiptop, the service is the best, The receptionist Diogo is very helpful and efficient, house keeper are excellent, I will stay there again if I visit Lisbon again! I did not have breakfast there, so no rating for it."
