"Great location, very clean rooms though somewhat cheaply and sparsely decorated for a supposed 5-star hotel. Breakfast offering was average compared to similar hotels in Portugal. We were on 3rd floor in new section of hotel and the street/alley noise was substantial into the early hours. I’d rate this hotel closer to a 4-star experience though the welcome and front desk staff is exceptional!"

"DO NOT book this hotel if you are the least bit disabled! Ubers and taxis cannot get to the front door. It is two blocks up a 60 degree angled street. No amenities like an ice machine or bottled water. That being said, the staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. Near a beautiful area but you will struggle at the end of the day getting to the hotel. "

"Hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was incredibly proactive, friendly and fun. They provide provided water, tea, coffee, and snack snacks throughout the day. They made sure I always had full water in our room and gave us access to other drinks within our room. Was able to walk to shopping dining end of the party I was invited to."
