"Location is very convenient and is close to both the train station, and the older parts of the city. Breakfast spot was nearby and had good food and service. Stefano was very communicative and friendly. However, the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes that took days to dissipate, and we couldn't air it our by opening the windows when we got back because of the noise and the mosquitos. The shower was very tiny and the mattresses were very wobbly and a little uncomfortable. "

"Room was massive - stayed in room 5 for 2 adults & 2 children and there was so much space!! Main bed was the best hotel bed we’ve ever stayed in!! We were pleasantly surprised to find a small kitchenette in the room too which was great for making lunches for exploring etc. but you are also able to use the small kitchen that’s used for breakfast too. Location was good for walking from train station and to the sights etc but did find it was v noisy - think this might just be Naples though as found all hotels we stayed in were the same. Massive shout out to the staff too - I let them know only when we arrived that 2 of us were gluten free so not expecting them to be able to source anything for breakfast however we were v happy to find they had in the morning - my bf actually said it was the best GF croissant he’s ever had!!!"

"We found this place ok. It’s renovated and spacious which is nice. Location is ok. It’s quite a walk from historic center. About good 25 minutes. It’s also loud as our room faces the courtyard and you could hear doors opening and closing all the time. Definitely bring ear plugs. Coffee machine didn’t work. Also there were so many instructions before check in. I did find amount of WhatsApp messages and requirements unnecessary and overwhelming as I’m on my holiday and last thing to do is want to deal with tasks for days. One check in time online is a proper way to do it."

"We loved this stay. The rooms are newly refurbished, comfortable, and smart. The breakfast is excellent, with home made treats and fresh fruit. The location is very convenient; it’s walkable from many of the key sights, a ten-minute taxi ride from the main train station, and right next to the Duomo metro station. And the staff are welcoming and helpful; they will help with restaurant recommendations, ordering taxis, etc."
