"The hotel has an amazing selection of food (tasty, perfectly presented and crafted), drinks (quality on every sip), and a service to match it all. The rooms were detailed to match the Caribbean chill vibe with a great taste in artwork.
I have to point out again the AMAZING service, the staff makes the stay that much enjoyable with a service that is second to none."

"Overall, my stay at the resort was good. The location is fantastic—being just steps away from the beach was definitely a highlight. The food was great as well, with no complaints there.
While most of the staff were helpful, I did encounter a few who weren't as friendly or welcoming as I would have liked. That said, others made up for it with their attentiveness and professionalism.
One downside that really impacted my experience was the condition of the pool. After a few days, it became noticeably cloudy and appeared uncleaned. I overheard a staff member mention that no one had come to clean it in days, which was honestly off-putting and made me avoid the pool for the rest of the trip.
Overall, I had a good stay, but I do hope the resort takes better care in maintaining the cleanliness of shared amenities like the pool in the future.
