"Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. But most all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Overall this is one of our all-time favorite hotels, and we recommend it without reservation."

"We were blown away by our upgrade to the Ocean One Villa condo's!! The place was perfect with friendly staff and amenities. The pool at the Villas was a welcomed surprise. Peacefully tucked away yet only a short walk to the beach, the main hotel and restaurant made it a perfect location. The bar right on the beach was spectacular. I highly recommend this place! "

"Daniel was very quick to answer questions and to make sure we were settling in okay. The condo was clean and cool, had everything we needed. Was only a 3-5 min walk to the beach and less then 2 min to the grocery store. Eldon's was a quick 20 min drive and we never had any issues getting a cab ride to where we wanted to go. We would totally book again, loved this place. "
