"This property and location exceeded our expectations. The cottage was much bigger than we expected and the view from every window was spectacular. It was an easy walk into Castleton or Hope. "The location of Riding House Farm was perfect for us. Quiet, very peaceful and with panoramic views of the Dales from our windows. We love to walk and the mountains were close by providing the challenges we like.Our Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We had 2 Border Collies with us who fortunately are very good with livestock as there were sheep with lambs and sheep about to have lambs. Normally only one dog is allowed so we were relieved to be able to have our 2 inseparable Collies with us.Our cottage was extremely comfortable ,warm and very well equipped.We will not hesitate to recommend this lovely place and will be very happy to return one day."
