"Good points Shower , toilet , barbeque all very good , Hot tub BRILLIANT when in it . Tent ample room to move around and side windows let in enough light during daytime . Cooler box was very good kept the ice frozen all the time we were there and not electric (Yeti) thats the make of it . Amazing views from the site and peaceful . Bad points Steps for the hot tub not stable need attatching to the side . No direction signs to the place and no phone or internet signal so no sat nav and not able to phone for directions (also no easily available phone number to ring anyway) Outdoor lights not working cause the timer was broken . Indoor lights several bulbs blown and quite a few missing . No shop at site you have to phone if you need anything... sorry, you can't, there is no signal . Other than that we both had a great time ."

The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside."

"We didn’t have hot water for the whole of our stay. We were told it would come back on after the first day and it did not. The next time they said it we wanted to shower we had to do it in another room, however they asked us to share this room key with other people which wasn’t what we thought when booking. The radiator also didn’t work for the whole duration for the stay and as it was a rainy day we struggled having no heating or hot water. Half way through getting ready to go out on the second night the electricity went out and we were in total darkness. We were given an apology and was told one nights stay would be refunded, they then only sent the money for half of that night and have been ignoring all correspondence since."
