★★★★☆ The George Hotel has plenty going for it: welcoming staff, a generously sized room, thoughtful extra amenities and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The location is incredible, too. However, as many other reviewers have mentioned, this is not a quiet hotel. We were in a designated quiet room, with no events taking place during our stay, and could still hear just about everything happening around us. Four and a half ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the comfort, staff and fantastic location, but light sleepers should come prepared.

Loved on-site parking. Good breakfast options. Staff was friendly. Not a fan of the bar, prefer more of a pub environment.
