"Staff were lovely, especially the delightful lady at breakfast. Situated right in front of the harbour and an easy walk around the town. We were able to park easily. Unfortunately, our room was not clean, the main light was not working and the shower was also not functioning properly. "

"Hotel is right on the waterfront with a big car park across the street for easy parking. Hotel is reasonably modern and well looked after. Walking distance to everything. We had an accessible (wheelchair) room and the open wetroom bathroom that has many dirty-wheeled wheelchairs rolling over it needs to be cleaned much more regularly."

"Comfortable bed and great restaurant. Nice elevated location and I'm sure it's nice sitting out front or using the pool in the summer. Easy walk into Penzance. I'm sure sea-facing rooms are nicer, mine looked out over a back yard with junk in it, and with the window open I could hear an extractor fan from the kitchen (I believe), so pay attention to room location!"
