"Host were very responsive. Everything we needed was in the condo. We always stay in perdido, this was just the right space for our family and for a great price. Only downside of the building is the location of the pool, its shaded by 3pm. Not a huge issue. We were pleased with the condo and host! "

"We had a fantastic week at Castaway Cottage! They had all the accessories you may need - from beach gear, to fishing gear, to toiletries. They were timely on responses when we had questions where things were. The beach was a quick walk and the pool was heated perfectly. We all fit very comfortably for our spring break trip. I definitely recommend their properties!"

"Our stay at this beach house was even better than we expected, it is the perfect location! One of the best surprises was how truly private the beach was—it felt like we had the entire shoreline to ourselves most of the time. Our dogs had the best time relaxing in the sand! The house itself was very clean and well cared for, and the beach chairs provided were a great touch that made it easy to relax and enjoy the view without having to bring extra gear. The location made it perfect for a quick getaway, quiet enough to unwind but still close to everything we wanted to do.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach trip with a beautiful, private stretch of sand."

"The condo was super clean. The dryer needs to be replaced as the lent collector is rusted out and when you turn it on it screams due to the rust. "

"We hosted family and friends for a reception and this house couldn’t have fit the bill more perfectly. It worked out so well with the split sides. Having two kitchens with that many people was amazing! We used one as the “drink” kitchen and the second as the “food” kitchen. Everyone’s favorite part was sitting out on the chairs on the front deck enjoying the view. While it was in the high 70’s the pool was too chilly to get into. A heater option would be the icing on the cake! We did make great use of the hot tub and appreciated the ability to control the temp to our liking.Everyone loved it and we would happily come back if the need ever presented itself. It also works well for an event where you have more than 20 coming into the property. We had a catered party under the house and it was plenty of space for catering tables tor 25 and the driveway was great for not only the catering truck but all the cars we had at various times. We did end up buying laundry pods and cleaner as those items were sparse so if you need to do a lot of laundry like we did, that would be my suggestion. :). The fire pit is amazing so make sure you get some fire wood to enjoy!! Beach access is just a short walk as well. Oh and having AC’s on each floor was great too, and they are ice cold which sometimes is an issue in rentals. All in all great experience and highly recommend. "
