"Property was well maintained and very clean. Checking in was smooth and host was easy to communicate with. Only slight issue we found was the access to the loft with the twin beds was an actual ladder rather than any type of staircase and an attic type opening making it difficult for anyone other than a child to get to."

"It was a very clean and awesome place to stay. The only complaint I have is the lawn people and cleaning people were there working on the house 30 min before checkout and was very difficult to get last minute things out of the house, especially my kids. Lawn guy was cutting bushes on front porch and cleaning lady was trying to enter the front door while we were walking out. We loved the location and all the amenities that were provided ( mostly beach bikes)"

"I did not do enough research, but from the pictures and description, I thought it was the bay private beach right out the back door of the unit I rented. It just seemed to be portrayed that way. I didn’t research the details enough. It was wonderful and turned out perfect."

"Blankets were not clean, we ended up just sleeping on top of cover. No pool, that’s a big downside. There is literally a pool behind the house but is not part of the community. A few things need to be fixed around the house. Overall great house to stay. They provide everything literally coffee and creamer. Washer and dryer. Shampoo and soap. Dishwasher soap and dish soap. Laundry soap and dryer sheets. This host is awesome and I would recommend staying here. Also in the garage there are a whole bunch of beach fun activities. Surf boards, chairs, umbrella. Not sure if these are for everyone to use but it was open and it helped us a lot. We make sure the chairs were washed and clean before leaving."
