"Property was well maintained and very clean. Checking in was smooth and host was easy to communicate with. Only slight issue we found was the access to the loft with the twin beds was an actual ladder rather than any type of staircase and an attic type opening making it difficult for anyone other than a child to get to."

"The house was in a great location with easy access to beaches, kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary equipment, cups, plates, etc. and communication was good with host. There are a few things that could use some repairs including the air hockey table that is listed but just minor things. The garage is FULLY stocked with all things beach which is very convenient! We enjoyed our stay."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. Some of the fees charged are questionable, like cleaning and damage waivers, which seems high for one person staying. Nothing was broken and left the place is great condition."

"I did not do enough research, but from the pictures and description, I thought it was the bay private beach right out the back door of the unit I rented. It just seemed to be portrayed that way. I didn’t research the details enough. It was wonderful and turned out perfect."
