"This was my second stay at the Carlisle Hotel in Sarasota, and I enjoyed it once again. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and being placed on the floor I requested. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The pool area was nice, though the spa was closed on one day and the weather was chilly. Breakfast was acceptable but repetitive, with the same options offered each morning. The hotel is ideal for a clean and comfortable stay, though it offers limited on-site entertainment, as there is no restaurant or music."

"Very nicely updated room that was clean and spacious with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet, relaxing, safe neighborhood just steps from a beautiful white sand beach. It's a down low retro Florida vibe that recharges you. The Frog Hop is a free trolley that takes you around the island. It was so fun. A vibrant night life too."

"Friendly and helpful valet as soon as we arrived! Check in was quick and the place was beautiful! Love the coffee/breakfast shop right in the lobby! Super convenient and really good! Our room was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed! The location can’t be beat!! We parked our car and never had to get back in! We walked everywhere! Love how walkable the area is! They even have a trolley nearby or you can easily rent scooters or bikes! Highly recommend this hotel! "
