We had ants in the property, spiders, WI-FI did not work, and the unit above us was not sound proofed so could hear every footstep and movement at all hours. This was a terrible value. "We got moved to two separate rooms, and all beds had stains on the sheets and comforters. The floors, couches, and chairs all had stains on them. The showers were sticky and not cleaned."

"The lobby is beautiful, and the pool looked nice but we did not use it. There were several things that were bothering me about our stay. 1. Dried snot and smears on our bedroom wall, and an open tub maintenance panel that reeked of mildew and mold. Unsanitary!!! 2. Gross stains on the armchair and pullout couch mattress. 3. Confusing breakfast setup - when we checked in, we were told that breakfast was served in the morning. No other info. In the morning, we went to the breakfast line and the woman serving the food abruptly said “ticket”, while holding out her hand. I looked confused and she rudely just pointed to a sign that stated each guest must have a ticket to get food, which can be given at the front desk. Why weren’t we told about this when we checked in? We had to leave the long line and go to the check in desk to get our meal tickets. 4. In the crowded dining area, there was an extreme shortage of chairs. Thankfully someone offered two for my daughter and mother, but as you can see in my photo there were many tables with no chairs whatsoever. People were sitting on the lobby couch to eat breakfast as there were no available chairs. In short, would not recommend and will not stay here again."

"The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain. It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price to encounter that mess upon arrival. This property needs attention in this area."
