"Rooms are ok, pretty clean, problem, rooms face outside, door and ac not sealed allowing bugs to walk in. For the price point, its over priced by 50. If they clean it up, clean up property more, maybe worth the price."

"Absolutely wonderful! I would rate 20 stars if possible. The surrounding nature is what I really needed, and it was like something you'd see in a movie. Sat on the porch most of the visit, quit and calming. Ducks on the pond, and a variety of birds were everywhere. Without a doubt, felt this was a very safe location....big plus for me. For the Blue House, very clean and comfortable. I loved the layout. Crazy about the kitchen too. We only used the two queen beds, where we both slept well. Gave us the impression that everything in the house was new, and not on the low end. Nice surprise. The massage chair was also a plus, very powerful! Live Oak was close by. Beautiful town with everything needed. Old architecture everywhere, wonderful they are saving it when other towns demolish and throw up brutal style crap buildings. Can't remember the name of the restaurant we ate at, but I think it had 4.6 stars. It is famous for "the big fish sandwich", which I ordered. Would definitely go back. I might sound like I'm exaggerating how wonderful our short trip was, but I'm not. We couldn't have expected how perfect it would be. Book this place, you won't be disappointed!!!"
