This is a beautiful property. One of the reasons I booked my group here. However, there were several things I felt was not appropriate with a hotel who holds such a high status.
1. Mold on bathroom grout in shower, around tiles, and tub.
2. No soap dish to place the open bar of soap
3. Hot water was never available in the evenings. Temp was under 100 degrees and felt like body temperature
4. No visible signage regarding availability of buffet breakfast, continental breakfast or just plain coffee only
5. No ice bucket in rooms nor ice machines available. Must travel To bar to ask for ice.
6. Difficulty in finding the correct route to reach this hotel by personal car
7. No wash cloth to bathe with. Just 2 bath and 2 linen cloths
8. Reservation staff never advised us of the added 20euro discount available to us per day as Expedia guests
