"The condo was beachfront as listed, which is very nice. However, the condo is in need of some updating. The property offered limited supplies of soap and kitchen garbage bags. We were asked to remove all our garbage, but had only 2 garbage bags for the weekend. Also there was no flexibility with early or late arrival or departure. We did not feel welcomed with the exorbitant prices they were asking for just 15 minutes extra time. Or charging hundreds just to come in an hour earlier. I never experienced this in any other rental ."

"Its a beautiful, clean condo with gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room, bedroom and balcony. The condo is well stocked with essentials. The beach theme throughout everything in the condo is beautifully done.The living room furniture and king sized bed were comfortable.Nancy was quick and responsive in communicating.There are lots of restaurants and shops worth exploring in Fernandina Beach. We were there beginning of March. The 2 pools were cold so did not use them. "

"Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean."

"Outstanding condo on the Amelia Island Coast! Michelle, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and requests. The space quickly becomes a home away from home with comfortable beds and furniture, a super well stocked kitchen and a wrap around deck with plenty of seating. It’s in a great location too! Thank you! "
