"The area and the place itself are very nice. The cottages are nice and comfy and clean the only thing that I would suggest to try and get better It's definitely the beds. They are super soft once you lay in them you sink into the middle, making it very uncomfortable to rest. The other thing is, I know it's out in the woods but i don't know where they were coming from but there was a ton of these little black beetles inside that I killed, I must have killed about 20 in the duration of 5 days, they were everywhere, bathroom and all over the bed, and less, but not least I don't know if the walls are a little too thin but I could totally hear the conversation of the people Next To Me. The cottage building itself, it's split into 3. There is a middle area and 2 adjacent ones. They have interconnecting doors, I guess, if bigger families, rent 2 and can connect between each other Otherwise you can block those, but you could totally hear anything. The other people were saying. So I guess keep that in mind if you have a loud family or larger party, your neighbor's may complain about noise. "

"The Ranch House was perfect for our stay. We stayed here as a baseball team that had tournaments in Rapid City. The house provided plenty of room and space for our team. We usually travel and stay in hotels. This home was far better. It provided us space to stretch out and we could make meals at the house instead of the boys having to eat fast food for every meal. The boys really enjoyed their stay here!"

"the listing says you will have the property to yourself, it isn't true! the owners were living upstairs and they were home... when we got there, it looked like they weren't expecting us. patio furniture was tipped over, dirty dishes on the grill, some random garbage in the yard... there was no chain or lock on the inside so the owners had access to the unit at all times. didn't feel safe at all... we shared concerns with hotels.com and the owners and they didn't seem concerned at all about them so book at your own risk"
