"We stayed here recently because our daughter was getting married locally. The house is a beautiful, characterful property, in an idyllic setting. There is everything you could need for a perfect stay here; from fully equipped kitchens in the main house and Barn to extremely comfortable beds. The owner; Jonathan, could not have been more helpful, communication was excellent and he even left us some food supplies and wine. Petworth is a lovely, interesting town and well worth a walk around, with several cafes and a co-op if needed. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place."

"A fabulous place to stay, the house is furnished to a very high standard, with everything you could need, the pool was really lovely too. With only a short walk you can be in Petworth town centre which has great shops & pubs and also a lovely cinema, which is worth a visit. Carole & Robert are great hosts.
