"What a gem of a hotel! A real find in Leukerbad. There’s a drop off spot at the hotel for check I’m and out; otherwise, park at the Rathaus (or other paid parking). Lovely wee place with nice staff. The restaurant is good and the breakfast worthwhile (although I’ll be honest, the coffee is subpar). Perfect location for enjoying the town. Bathrobes are available for 5chf deposit at the front desk. Enjoy their sauna and pool! "

"Although a small compact apartment, it is incredibly well designed and thought out. It works really well. It has a lovely view and felt friendly. It is reasonably accessible and a short walk from the free circular bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only issues with the apartment was the lack of a washing machine/laundry on site and a washing up basin would have been useful.I do however have an issue with Vrbo. Vrbo is a subsiduary of the Expedia Group who have been involved in business activities within illegally occupied Palestinian land. Until Expedia and by association Vrbo stop this, they should be avoided. I only discovered this after booking the apartment through Vrbo, but won't be using them again and will be urging others to avoid them until Expedia stops supporting illegal Israeli occupation."

"We had a great stay in the town and this hotel was amazing. The staff/owners are warmly welcoming and give you the most important information how to best use the hotel facilities for your kind of stay. The hotel has a proper ski room and it has a great small cabin that takes you from hotel to foot of the telecabin for Torrent ski resort. It is a great advantage of the hotel. Additionally it has spa space that is available to all guests. It is a naturist facility and has sauna/hammam/cold bath/etc. the breakfast is having a good range of options and the quality is top. We loved the superb fresh bread every morning. The hotel is from 90s and with decoration of that time, but everything is at top shape and fully functioning showing the owners care for their facility. "
