Great weekend stay!

Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!

DO NOT book this place. The number of beds and amenities were falsely listed. We went in, realized there were not enough beds for our group of four, and had to book accommodations elsewhere. We asked for a refund because of the false advertising, and the host said he cannot offer a refund; however, Vrbo said that he could refund us. Mousetrap out in the kitchen and mouse droppings on the kitchen counter were not encouraging, nor was the dead bee on the upstairs floor.

Bad neighborhood and only 2 beds

The ad states multiple needs sleeps 8. This is untrue. Only 2 beds and some air mattresses in closets. Bathroom had a giant water leak on floor with mold. Back yard looked like a jungle and trash all on curb and yard. Only 1 very small parking space and we were told by property owner 3 spots. I called property owner when we arrived to get refunded as there were not enough beds for all of us, we are all adults working out of town, 5 of us. He refuses to give us refund. We left the night we got there because it was horrible.
