Friendly stuff, clean room, plenty of parking. 2min driving away from the mall.
It’s a nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants. The desk staff was very friendly. Our room had a balcony with chairs which was unexpected and great that looked over the beautifully landscaped courtyard.
Excellent location and kind accommodating staff!! A few minor updates and repairs needed (broken towel rack, drawer staying open even after being closed, and very slow elevator) but nothing that takes away from convenience of this location, lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Our room did not have a microwave, not sure if that's typical here, we were here for a lacrosse tournament.
We love staying at this hotel when we come to visit family. It is very conveniently located. We like that it feels secluded yet easy access to Getmantown Pike and the Turnpike and Blue Route. The staff at the front desk are awesome.
I only stayed 1 night with my 2 teen daughters for a dance competition, but it was very clean and comfy. To be completely honest I noticed 2 small hairs on the shower floor but other than that the room was immaculate and the beds were comfy. No complementary breakfast, but there is a paid restaurant option which I felt was a bit pricey.
We had a room with a king-size bed, a desk & sofa bed. The room was very comfortable with just enough space for me & my wife. The staff member on duty when we arrived (can’t remember her name), checked us in, was efficient, engaging, and welcoming.
