For the surrounding area, it is pretty good for the price. Although, could be improved upon if other guests weren't so loud. (Some person decided to have a EDM concert in his hotel room one night)

It was one of the worst hotel experiences in my life We checked in to our three rooms, and to our horror, we realised that there were both big and small cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. Even after we changed one of our rooms, there were still insects. My friend killed five roaches within less than 5 minutes, and there were more. We decided that the conditions were non-liveable and decided to switch to another hotel. We decided to ask for a refund since we are not staying in, however, they said that the payment is non-refundable due to hotel policy. When asked to speak to the manager on the phone, the manager did not want to speak to us and told his staff that he would not provide a refund. I send an email to feedback, but the hotel staff seems to stand firm on not providing a refund. Expedia did a great job in investigating, however, after contacting the hotel, the hotel still refused to provide a refund. As a result of this bad experience, I strongly would not recommend guests to stay here due to the lack of cleanliness (they mentioned they conduct pest control checks every 3 months) as well as the lack of refund (be it partial or total) despite not staying in the hotel at all. While they have 61 rooms available, the most important room to look at would be the ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT - in terms of cleanliness and customer service of providing some refund. A poor hotel indeed.

Clean and comfortable hotel with wonderful staffs
The room were very clean and comfortable. Buffer breakfast was simple but delicious. The check-in procedure was smooth. Before our arrival, the staffs had already standby with our room keys. Wonderful ! One thing which the hotel has to improve may be the hot water supply for shower. There was no hot water for shower during our 3 nights stay.

Internet won’t work in room n no hot water for sho
Hot water not working was told will get in morning for shower which never happened also they got kettle in room which won’t work to make free tea n coffee in room what’s the point of having one in room it won’t work n last but not the least internet won’t work in room mayb down at reception area what’s the point of foreigners travelling n paying in full for services not working just to hear a sorry n have to come to use internet at reception area what’s the point of booking a room then

Local style breakfast only but tasts good. it does not has gym nor swimming pool. Sound insulation is bad but still okay for sleeping. I kept asking staff to fix the safety box and light bulbs in my room for 3 days, but they has not fix those broken light bulbs eventually. Staffs are manner and can speak simple english. i can give 6/10 to this hotel.

맛난 조식 잘 먹었습니다
공항에 늦게 도착해서 잠만 잘거라 가격이 착한 곳을 찾다가 투숙했고요 전체적으로 오래된 느낌이 들었고 주변에 돌아 다닐 만한 곳은 없었습니다 방은 가격에 비해 컸고 침대 쿠션은 집보다 못해도 잘 만했습니다 에어컨이 오래돼서 바로 시원해 지지 않고 성능이 떨어 졌습니다 같이 간 친구들방 중에 한 방에 에어컨이 안 들어와 방을 바꿔 잤습니다 조식은 간단한 뷔페식인데 같이 간 친구들이 다 만족했습니다

観光には不便
観光には場所がよくない 値段は安いがリバーサイドや王宮まで往復で10ドルかかるためリバーサイドの少し高いホテルに泊まったほうが結果的に安上がりで景色もいいと思う。私は3泊の予定でしたが1泊でホテルを変えました。エクスペディアでキャンセルできないようでしたしたので残念です。

値段の割に総合的に素晴らしい
いつもプノンペンで60ドル以上のホテルを利用していましたが、あえて安いホテルのこちらを利用しました。 設備はもちろん衛生面で心配はしていました。 設備面は当然劣りますが、清潔にしているせいで問題なく、快適に過ごせました。 また、スタッフの対応もよくまた利用したいと思います。
