"the room was not very clean with hair all over the place, , the toilet never flushed, it just kept running for the two days I was there. I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. Room service has to be ordered on your phone like uber eats and you have to put your credit card info in every time you order. The service charge on room service is ridiculous and then they want you to tip on top of that. $$$$ Will never stay at this property again."

"We were in town for the long weekend. We checked in around 10pm with no issues. They gave us a map, guide and gave us all the info we needed. Free parking was available with 1 parking permit per room. Even if you weren't able to park near your hotel room, they had golf carts available 24/7. The room was clean and we were told ahead of time that no housekeeping was available during our stay but to contact guest services if there was something we needed. That wasn't a problem even staying there for 4 nights. They did ask if we were Wyndham members and if we wanted to listen to a presentation and get perks for it. After saying no - they didn't push the time share presentation. The pool area was really great. A lot of available loungers and shaded tables. Would stay here again even as someone who's not a golfer."

"It was difficult to find using Waze. Hotel lobby was clean but elevator and hallways were dirty. The rooms were kept up better than other areas. They were doing some outside painting and I guess slowly getting ready for inside. I was not happy about this hotel and after an 11 hour drive, it was too late to change hotels."

"This was an excellent property that had everything we need. The kitchen was stocked well so we had no problem cooking any of the meals that we had planned. The property was clean and very comfortable for the 10 of us that stayed there. Would definitely recommend this place!"
