HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in Hanoi We had a lovely stay at Hotel du Lac Signature Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Tracy, Aiden and the rest of the team, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The hotel facilities were wonderful and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, which is served on the 9th floor. The views over the surrounding area were fantastic and made breakfast feel like a real experience. The location was also great for exploring Hanoi and after a busy day in the city it was lovely to return to such a comfortable hotel with such attentive staff. The only criticism I can offer is that the gym facilities were quite barren. However, the spa made up for the lack of equipment and there was a neighbouring Gym just 5 min walk away from the hotel which was handy. Overall, a fantastic experience and somewhere I would happily stay again when returning to Hanoi"

"The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent and breakfast had a large variety of food. Excellent hotel and very close to the main attractions around Hanoi.Mimi and Jenny provided excellent tours including city tours, a day tour to Ninh Binh and a wonderful overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay. Definitely recommend!"

"I had an excellent time at this hotel! The staff was truly amazing, especially Chloe, and they were truly kind every step of the way. It was my first time solo traveling, and they made me feel so welcome in a new place. Highly recommend!"

"From our arrival the service is spot on; with very short notice staff May was able to accommodate my requests and schedule my activities throughout our stay according to my preferences; even the hotel accommodation and transportation were all arranged; and yes May also didn't forget that i preferred 2 bed in the room when arranging overnight stay in Sapa. Best part is their breakfast buffet, it seems the menu changes daily and the view is fantastic. You can even asked for prepacked breakfast if your itinerary starts early.. 5 star!"

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"

"The gym is massive for a hotel gym. Fully equipped and multiple treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines. Plus weight machines and free weights galore. There is also a sizable yoga/dance room attached to the gym that you can access to do some floor work or calisthenics."
