Easy and accommodating check in. Very clean room. Lots of stairs in all directions. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Several different pools each with its own vibe. Overall enjoyed our stay and the resort was beautiful. Surrounding area quiet.

Nice location with close proximity to the beach. I really enjoy pool lounge. Our room was with balcony, I would recommend to have this one to enjoy sea view, bed was very comfortable and service was outstanding. This is probably one of the best price value hotel on the Patong Beach.

Excellent stay , not a huge fan of the restaurant rooms are great !

I was unlucky that there were some people having a party in room and were very loud, had to call reception before 3am to pacify them. Otherwise its a place with a spirit, lovely decorations. Ask for upper floor if you are a lighter sleeper.

Excellent hotel with fabulous views. Booked a studio and got upgrade to 1 bedroom suite on 4th floor with great views and large balcony. Pool on top floor very nice with jacuzzi and again great views over bay. Can also use all facilities at Cape Panwa hotel pool, private beach and only 2mins away on free shuttle which runs until midnight very day. Area is nice and quiet with few restaurants and bars. Hotel is approx 1 hr from airport but well worth it, great value for money and the staff are...
