Likes 1. The property is situated near the town but in a quiet back street so not easy to find initially 2. Near convenience stores, restaurants and shops 3. Moments Pool cafe - Excellent service quality food wide variety of food on the menu quick service and on site. - Friendly approachable staff 4. Pool well maintained and available for use for both adults and a children's pool 5. Reception staff available 24/7 friendly and very helpful r. Room was very convenient with air conditioning Fridge and small freezer, TV with channels covering Global channels, Rooms cleaned daily including fresh bottled water, tea and coffee and provides fresh towels if required. Room contains safety vault for valuables. 6. Parking - Plenty of room for cars 7. Ambiance - Lovely feel to the area well designed reception and entrance hall Dislikes 1. Last day of stay water was temporarily discolored GENERAL - Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in,

It's a great place to stay we really enjoyed it. The Moments Cafe right beside the hotel the staff are amazing and reception also. And the cleaners too. Swimming pool is awesome !! You won't regret 😉

I would recommend this hotel!! Super clean and comfortable , I just went there last week and everything was going great and the staff name is P’Gip who works at the hotel, she was nice and helpful she helped us about the car and go to Rassada Pier to go to pp island she gave us every information and super cheap!! We will go back and stay at this hotel again and again!!!

I liked it because it's cheap and recently renovated (the old rooms are terrible and they stink humidity). The service we received from 2 girls was rediculously rude. We left 2 cups of coffee at the lobby in the morning and when we came back at night, the girl (a thin blond woman) pointed at those cups which she had left there on purpose and she told us to take them upstairs and wash them and not to do this again. We ask her to wash them cause we didn't have dish soap and sponge and she refused. We felt like children being punished. Finally she grabbed them angrily and she washed them but there was still remaining coffee when we took them back. The cleaner never cleaned the toilet and the toilet had issues twice during our 7-day stay.

I really liked it here. The room was clean and spacious, and modern enough. Great balcony, with a tree close to it and looking down a nice koi pond (I was at the front of the hotel). Good pool and place to leave a scooter if you hire one. It's possible to walk (25 min) to the big, posh double mall (to the north, west) and the airport bus stops outside the Sino Inn which is about 5 minutes away. Nice helpful young lady at reception too. No restaurant though.

Great value place to stay
We only stayed for one night, conveniently located if you have a car as easy to get to the beach and the shops. We stayed in the VIP room and had nice furniture, everything was pretty much new and worked well. I didn't manage to connect to the wi-fi, as I couldn't be bothered with the Linux verification by the end of the day.

Good Budget option
We arrived at Patra mansion after some difficulty locating it. It is hidden down some backstreets. On arrival the placed had a slightly eerie feel to it and is almost clinical in its lay out. We where given a room on the second floor which was clean and spacious if a little dated with a balcony overlooking the front of the building. There was a slightly strange smell in the room but not overpowering. The neighbourhood is quiet yet within walking distance of the famous old town and some excellent local restaurants. The pool is lovely but appears to be used by all the expats in the area. However our stay was reasonably pleasant and would recommend for a budget stay.

Great hotel & time in Phuket Town
Had a great stay. After our first few nights, added more because of the great hotel and location. 5 minutes walk to the picturesque Old Town and Weekend Market which we loved. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Pool was fantastic and was perfect as there isn't a beach in Phuket Town

Excellent place for short-and long-term stay
From the first time you see the grounds and buildings you can see that things are going to work out well during your stay. Everything is in the best of taste and clean and well-maintained. The lady at the front desk when I arrived was very friendly and helpful; she and other staff compensated for the one sourpuss that works at the front desk. Rooms are very comfortably furnished and, again, decorated in excellent taste. The Patra is not on a main road, which makes it just a bit difficult to find but also keeps it nice and quiet. If I ever return to Phuket Town, this is where I'll stay.

スタッフは優しいけどあまり英語が通じなかった。部屋のクリーニングはたまに毎日の水が置いていなかったり、タオルが使ったままとかもあったけど、言えば直してくれるし。 　まあコスパからしたらそんなもんなのかもですが。 　夜中に着いたけど、親切に対応してくれてありがとうございました。

Dejlig hotel i gå afstand til old town. Hotellet har desværre ingen morgenmad og heller ikke den cafe der ligge ved poolen tilbyder morgenmad.

Personnel très serviable, hôtel très sympa, bien localisé au centre ville et accès à tout. Nous sommes allés au central phuket ( centre commercial). Super!! L’hôtel propose aussi des excursions!!

Ist ein ruhiges Hotel. Etwas abgelegen. Man muss motorisiert sein. Am besten Scooter, die überall zu mieten sind. Mein Zimmer war gross. Bad auch. Strände gibt es keine in der nähe. Bis Phuket Town 10 Minuten mit Scooter. Pool des Hotels ist gross und schön mit vielen Liegen. Bett war angenehm. Personal sehr hilfsbereit, mit gebrochenem Englisch. Preis Leistung passt. Für ein paar Tage weg vom Trubel absolut ok.

de netheid en voorzieningen waren zeer zeker goed. De service was echter afhankelijk van de persoon die dienst had en dus niet consistent. Wat ik minder vond is de luidruchtigheid in en om het hotel. Maar al bij al een prettig verblijf.

Хороший отель с бассейном, но без интернета.
Отель хороший.Номера небольшие, но уютные, есть балкончик правда стульев в номере нет поэтому посидеть на нем не получится.Очень хороший бассейн-чистый, теплый, народу нет вообще.Главный минус это отвратительный интернет, который пропадает каждые 5минут.До центра города и маршруток на все пляжи 15минут пешком.И еще плохо то что нет лифта а в отеле 4 этажа.И тащить чемоданы наверх очень тяжело.Персонал не помогает.

Heti saavuttuamme pyydettiin 100 euroa lisävuoteesta vaikka huone jonka saimme oli halvempi mitä maksoimme. Sitten pyydettiin pyyheliinasta ja lakanasta 1000 bhatia niihin tulleesta likatahrasta. Eivätkä edes olleet yritänet likaa pois mutta kun itse pesin niin tahrat lähtivät. Otin yhteyttä suurlähetystöön josta olivat yhteydessä hotelliin niin ladku pieneni 500 bhatiin. Henkilökunta sanoi pomon olevan vaativa. On kuulemma riitaantunut asiakkaiden kanssa ja poistanut asiakkaat hotellista pois kesken loman.

När jag badade i poolen så trampade jag på ett trasigt galler. Fick ett skärsår som gjorde ont i flera dagar. När det hände så påpekade jag detta för personalen, men inget gjorde de åt det på de 6 dagarna som var kvar på vår vistelse. RIKTIGT DÅLIGT. Men för övrigt helt ok
