Great B&B style accommodations. Host was very friendly and breakfast was lovely. Was hoping we were closer to the water, but it was about a 40 minute walk. Neighborhood is quiet, but can access stores and cafes pretty quickly.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here, I wish we had stayed longer! Everything was clean and spacious, everyone there was so kind and helpful, it’s an easy walk from the train station, and it made a great home base to pop to Sorrento, Pompeii, the beach etc… and the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! Would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay there again!

Villa Iolanda is an absolutely gorgeous B&B run by an even more wonderful family. We loved the breakfast option in the morning and absolutely beautiful property. Located close to the train, it was very easy to get around Sorrento and enjoy the city. Thank you to Salvatore for being so accommodating, especially with our delayed arrival and for being a super gracious host. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Sorrento!

This was mine and my partners first stay on our 2 week travel around Italy, this place made the start of the trip, it’s a very easy check in, comfy, clean and modern with very good AC! Best Sstay we had in all of Italy! Beautiful hotel and family! The breakfast was amazing! The room and view was beautiful and our hosts made us feel like family. I will definitely recommend you stay here! The train station Piano is a short walk and will take you to Sorrento port where you can buy ferry tickets to Amalfi, Capri Positano and Napoli. You can also go to and come from Napoli on the Piano Train Station. Thank you again to our amazing hosts at Hotel Iolanda!

We had the room LA MAGNIFIQUE and it was very big and cosy. Very big balcony under the sun well appreciated. The only problem was a bad odour coming out of the shower drain so we had to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid the bad smell in the room. 5 minutes from the Train Station to Sorrento and to the Supermarket and 10 minutes from the Sea View. Breakfast included was appreciated and was fine. Overall we would definately go back!

Decent stay, convenient location

The host was very welcoming, and check in was easy. Villa Iolanda is conveniently located a block from the Piano di Sorrento train station. The included breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day. Our room was a basic one, and was very moist. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the window almost needed to stay open to air the room out, despite the temperature. The shower was comfortable, however the bed in our room was not.
