Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay"
"Quiet, clean, friendly B&B. Our room had a kitchenette that had everything we needed for a quick breakfast (supplied with homemade bread) and enjoying a wine/cheese snack."
"We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The most perfect stay when you want to wind down and enjoy your holiday. It is only a 5 minute drive to Viterbo with amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back to this lovely hotel and staff in the future."

10/10 Excellent
"There were 2 couples that stayed at their VRBO.Paola and her daughter were GREAT hosts! Very nice and knowledgeable! They even met us off site when a festival (Feast of Saint Rose) was going on in Viterbo while we arrived, and we couldn’t get in to the city…Her place is beautiful and very authentic in its 1200AD style. And it is in a great location to walk to a local store outside the walled city and great restaurants and sites inside!A real gem in both her location and Viterbo itself!Paola’s suggestion to visit the TREBOTTI winery was right on!! What a great suggestion! You will need a car to visit though…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VRBO!!CIAO! "
"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit.
The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods.
Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls.
Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations.
Great job!"
"The space was very clean and comfortable. The room was unexpectedly cleaned every day to our surprise. The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job. He was a gracious host and very helpful with restaurants, places we should visit, helping with anything we needed, and organizing transportation for us. He made the experience more pleasant for us."
