"The house was in good shape with everything working. It was clean. The host supplied a very nice coffee station with pods and creamers, but there is also a conventional basket brewer if one prefers.. It's in a good location just south of Gandy Blvd. The "mini-pool" is very tiny - more like a large hot tub without heat. Host was communicative and responsive. The checkout procedure was minimal, without any unreasonable requests. I would recommend."

"Everything was good other than the fact that there is water in front of the refrigerator every night after you get up the next morning, which I’m assuming there’s some kind of water leak from the waterline going to the refrigerator because that never makes any ice"

"The property was as advertised and in a great overall location to visit multiple locations. (Downtown, MacDill AF Base.....etc) We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this location again. The Host is very responsive if any issues or concerns should come up."
