"The only complaint is they charge a "resort fee" at check-in. This ain't no resort, it is an airport transit hotel! Shuttle bus was excellent!"

"Our stay was a short one, arrived at night basically just to sleep and leave the next day. No bad things to say on my experience, just a little longer than expected wait at the front desk being relatively "late" and just one girl attending everyone but eventually got there with no issues. The hotel is clean generally speaking, front desk carpet needed a little vacuuming I guess due to that day's traffic but it was attended the next morning. Hallway carpet needs some cleaning in several spots due to old stains or something, some room doors also look mistreated and some of the room numbers were not labeled with the same number type but that is just for my visual comfort. Room was nice, clean, had coffee for us coffee lovers, bathroom nice as well. Morning "breakfast" is more like a courtesy, not an amenity, basically coffee, a grain fruit bar and a small cup of I think it was some tangerine. Last but not least, not sure why parking charge but maybe it's a separate property, who knows. In general, we were ok with our visit, we would definitely consider it due to location and cost and we need to check the pool since we did not had enough time. Good job guys, try working on little things that customers ask for that are not that exaggerated."

"The Biltmore is absolutely beautiful, and has so much classic charm. You can tell that they sometimes have trouble keeping up with the maintenance of such a large, historic building covered with architectural detail and art as it ages, but it’s still well worth staying at regardless. The staff were all lovely, and they kindly upgraded us to a suite in honor of my wife’s birthday. It was enormous and very nice, and it was fun to feel so fancy! My only complaint was the noise coming from the seemingly constant, booming sound checks across the street at Pershing Square, which looks like they’ve turned into an outdoor music venue instead of a park with playgrounds. Disappointing, especially with a young child. However, the experience of the hotel itself was great! Would definitely stay again."
