The Warm Side hotels in Pilancones Natural Park, San Bartolomé de Tirajana

This Parador has wonderful views and is a superb base for walking. Good restaurant and excellent service.

The facility was spotless, the food was great and the staff were very helpful.

Hotel is close to the centre of the town with it's own underground car park. Check in was easy and room was perfect for my stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the local area. The town is quiet and safe, no problem with walking around at night. Would recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay

After several years coming to Maspalomas i finally found the place to be! Nice property, large rooms, and most important: the staff! They really made me feel very welcome. Specially Edu and David! They are treasures! Thank you both for making my stay something else! Just can't wait to be back!

All the facilities were great. Great pool, sun roof, great room with balcony overlooking the sea. The location is great, short walk to Anfi or Arguiniguian and lovely beach 2 mins walk from the hotel. The staff were all lovely. In particular Aida ( no need for the trainee badge, her training is complete) and Yazmina (promotion soon Servateur as she is a very professional person and a credit to your organisation). I enjoyed the stay so much I extended it and will certainly return.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful quiet, relaxing location. Spacious comfortable room. Great sea view from our room. Breakfast is good with hundreds of choices. Highly recommended if you want to relax and stay away from crazy crowd

Great hotel. 5 minutes walk from the strip. Shop and cafe in reception.. Cafe had the best bakery. Staff were friendly and helpful. Huge balcony on every floor but in my opinion floor 9 is the best because it's closest to the beach an has the best views. Floor 6 has biggest balconys. Elevators were a bit dated, but acceptable. Hotel wifi worked sometimes, sometimes it didn't. Air con was great. Rooms were practical. Everything was supplied in the kitchen. Large flat screen TV with CNN CNBC and...

Fantastic location, immaculate, friendly staff stayed for 2 nights.

Everything about the Servatur Waikiki was brilliant, rooms clean and bright, beds very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The food was fabulous with an amazing choice. You certainly wouldn’t go hungry anyway. The staff were very friendly and polite. We had a brilliant holiday.

The hotel is simply amazing, with exceptional view, great service and quiet location. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again
