"Hotel is very nice. Staff friendly and rooms spotless. Upgraded on arrival to junior suite with great balcony. Only downside was the pools were being refurbished so unable to use which wasn’t advertised when booking. "

"We loved our stay at Charm Hotel. The staff were so helpful, the bar was great with some half price cocktails during happy hour and despite reading a review of the room being small, we didn’t find this a problem. The room was very warm, had a full length mirror which we haven’t found often in hotels and a comfortable bed ! The hotel is in a great location too. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. "
