"The property was emaculate and the grounds were clean. Room was wonderful. My only issue was the water pressure in the shower was horrible. "

"My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect for our needs. "

"Room 1 city view- disconnected entertainment center holes exposed, power outlets not working, tv not connected- grey screen, shower not draining, broken or non working items in room Room 2 pool view. Roaches. Roaches. roaches. Bathroom light works after you flip the switch multiple times. "

"The whole hotel room was completely dirty and when we asked for towels they told us they didn’t have. "

"Easy to find friendly staff convenient to airport. Only drawback is the airport shuttle is shared by three hotels and is the last stop so you can’t schedule it for an exact time. We opted to take an Uber instead. The other kind of negative thing that happened is, I left a meaningful item in my hotel room and no one could find it. It’s disappointing because it probably means someone on staff took it."

"Worst place we have ever stayed in. The door didn’t even close in our room, the bed was so small, I have never seen couch cushions used as pillows,the water pressure was non existent, I could go on. It was the worst "
