Loved that this property had a self-service laundry. Two older washers and one dryer. You pay the front desk for small tokens to use them. Just outside the gate and around the corner there’s a great outport garden restaurant named Restaurante Can Pepe’s, great service and good food. The water park was closed, not sure why. Breakfast buffet was excellent, but not any gluten free bread items. The snack bar has a good variety of foods (nachos, fedua, gelato, calamari, and gluten free pizza) to order between meals. Conveniently located across the street from the beach. You take stairs and a tunnel to get to beach by going under the train tracks. We could not get a single taxi to take us to Calella. Tried the GiTaxi app, tried calling, had the front desk attendant try- nothing. No taxis available so we walked way too much. Would’ve been nice for Ironman race to offer a shuttle all weekend, as it was the “official race hotel”, which meant nothing but an early Bfast on race morning. The hotel was nice but the distance to the race was not convenient. Stay in Calella for the race.

The aquapark closed for the season on the 24th of September as stated on our website and reopens on the 9th of May 2024.We are an official Ironman hotel offering accomodation near to the race, but unfortunately no other race services are included. We are sorry that you were unable to get a taxi when needed, but it was an extremly busy weekend and the local taxis in Pineda were overloaded with work.We hope to have the pleasure in welcoming you again. Wonderful hotel
I literally cannot fault this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely with 3 pools, a indoor pool and water park. Right across the road from the beachfront. There are 2 bars and a snackbar and 2 pool bars. The room was cleaned everyday. The restaurant was big and the food was good with a great variety. The snack bar has a good menu if your not all inclusive. The staff were absolutely lovely. Anything you need just ask reception and they will help you. 2 little shops just across the road from thevmain entrance if you need a shop. All around this is a wonderful hotel

Indoor pool area questionable
Great food, great service. Clean rooms. The jacuzzi and indoor pool need a complete overhaul, or at least a good power wash from top to bottom. They were dingy and the jacuzzi had that foam that was indicative of being poorly kept. Overall I still would return but I would avoid the indoor pool area as a whole.

Staff was not very friendly. When I asked to do late checkout for 1 hour, although there was availability they asked 45 Euro extra for it.

For this type of hotel the price is expensive hotel is overbooked hardly space in the pool, always que at the Resturant, there was too too much people.

The hotel is a very large complex and in the month of August with high capacity. We feel that the restaurante is open a reasonable amount of time to offer the guests the option to dine earlier or later to avoid queues. The hotel also offers more than the average number of sunbeds and guests are asked not to reserve the sunbeds but to obtain an adequate rotation of use we need the co-operation of fellow guests. Recent hotel with nice pools
Very nice hotel with nice pools and games for the kids some activities but not a lot. Which is very close by breakfast buffet can be improved. I don’t know what happened at check-in but it took 45 minutes. They should not charge for the use of safety posit box this is not good for the image of Spain and tourism. Even if it says parking included it has very limited space so be ready to park outside.

Unfortunately we have no control over what time the guests arrive at the hotel and at certain times it can be busy in reception, We do our very best to check our guests in as quickly as possible but there is a certain amount of information that we must give expecially this year with covid-19 which slows the process down a little. We have 120 parking spaces which is normally adequate for the size of the hotel. Very nice hotel with amazing pools just next to the beach. Breakfast could be improved but not that bad. Should not charge guests for use of safe deposit. Difficult parking even if it says free parking they have very limited space so you would need to park outside

Nice, simple and relaxing family holiday
Was thinking of the room a little small at first day arrival but the very friendly staffs with excellent services, foods and facilities would cover it. I particularly love the Aquarobic in the morning and the life guards keep a close eye to every kid. Beach just 5 mins walk away. Foods and evening entertainments are amazing too. Highly recommended.

this place is amazing....across the street from the Sea, and a huge NEW waterpark beyond the hotel. several pools to choose from. lots of entertainment. great family resort. probably would not choose this for a couples only place.

We loved this resort. Fantastic location, food and facilities. Only disappointment was that the tennis courts are blocked for kids club and only available during meal times.

Breakfast was excellent (with freshly prepared omelettes and pancakes). There was a good choice of cold meats, cheese and pastries and the usual English breakfast staple (bacon, sausage etc...). Rooms were clean and basic (fridge in room was useful) and WiFi was good strength. Choice of TV stations was ok with several stations running English programmes. Location of hotel was good (very close to beach) other coastal towns within easy walking distance along beach path. Hotel had enclosed secure car parking area (for those with rental cars). Coastal railway line gave easy access to Barcelona.

Fabulous shows at this hotel.
Fabulous stay - great value for money. The professional shows were excellent! Great pools. Food was good and varied. The only downside was the pillows weren’t too comfortable and you could hear some noise through the walls but everything else was great and it certainly wouldn’t put me off booking again. It was worth the money for the shows alone!

Great stay
The only thing in my book which lets the hotel down would be the area, great hotel with lots of facilities but only 1 shop within a mile and a couple of restaurants. Not sure if this changes in season but we stayed at the end of September. We stayed half board - food great and the restaurant was pristine for cleanliness.

Second visit to this hotel and I that says it all. A wonderful hotel and overall experience, with the addition of the new water park the hotel couldn’t be much better. Only slight issue, is be aware that the some rooms a little small for a family. We traveled as a family of 3 and the room was in the small sizes. However this shouldn’t be a reason not to visit as the hotel, facilities, staff and food are outstanding.

Not very lucky with the location of our room as it was in a bad corner of the hotel. The hotel located in a nice area with quite and sandy beach. Foods were nice. It was a bit crowded in August . Great for the families with young children.

Hotel is really nice, clean with good food and plenty of choice. Waiting and cleaning staff are very pleasant and helpful. Reception staff and duty manager less so. They claim to have wifi throughout whilst you can connect its not possible to send even a picture. In the room book it says you must have a reservation voucher. Nothing on Hotels.com says to print anything before you leave. After three trips to reception I had to use my laptop and my wifi dongle to provide them with something. Limited car parking is available on site, after four days parking the hire car without issue the system was changed, more trips to reception and the car park to display a parking authorisation paper. In short the hotel is lovely, Pineda is a bit tired but its only 40 mins from Circuit de Catalunya. Most of the staff are great and couldn't be more helpful but the management make it up as they go along and the wifi should not be advertised as a feature.

Brilliant Stay
Lovely hotel suites for families alike. Rooms are cleaned daily and whilst reasonable basic, they are clean, have a fridge and tv with a good choice of channels. Food is good. Plenty of variety and the staff will tak your drinks order and clear the tables very promptly. Lots so see and do in and around the hotel. Lovely quiet beach just across the road. Animation team are brilliant. Great entertainment every single night. Drinks and snack reasonably priced. No shortage of sun loungers. Nothing negative to say at all. Much recommended.
