"From the outside the buildings look lovely, the room was very spacious but very dated (furniture, bed, tiles, shower etc) its clear that some work is being done to the hotel. Check in was simple and our keys were in a lock box (fab idea) The room had everything, kettle, cups,ironing board, iron, trouser press, heater, fan, hairdryer. Plenty of parking, close to the train station. Breakfast was included in the price, it was continental but you could order hot food for an extra cost. The staff were happy enough. It will be fantastic when all yhe work has been completed. It's a shame they done have a restaurant or Bar. We would be happy to stay there again"

"Great property and super clean. Well thought out in terms of storage in bedrooms with even somewhere to hang your towel! There is one bathroom upstairs and a small toilet downstairs. My only suggestion would be a peddle bin in the kitchen and bathroom (we hate touching bins!), and small basket bins in the bedrooms would've made things easier, as well as more hand towels for the kitchen, but we bought some kitchen roll to get us through. But these are just things we would've liked, not everbody would prefer these things. Otherwise cannot fault it. The house was immaculately clean and the host was really helpful and easy to communicatewith. Oh and the beds were very comfy, the house quite cool considering the heat. A sheet for the summer would've been great, but I thought about this prior and just brought my own. Thank you Arze for a wonderful stay and forntour lovely clean and modern space."

"Group of 5 of us stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Warner Bros Harry Potter Studios one weekend. Property was perfect for what we needed, was clean and well equipped. Host was excellent, very responsive to any questions we had. Was a great stay."
