"Wonderful, very clean and secure, great beach, amazing breakfast of course I wish it was included. Restaurant service can be slow but our visit was at the busiest time of the year. This is a very very nice property highly recommend"

"We had a great stay at Resa. Cleaning staff came by for a daily cleaning with fresh towels, breakfast was good, the pool, gym & E floor kept us cool when we needed a break from the beach. Location was great too, only minutes walking to a supermarket & the beach & restaurants. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning was locked at 24, but with it being 38 outside it didn’t keep the room very cool. We watched the eclipse from the rooftop terrace! It was a great time. Thanks!"

"The place is a good value for money, has a great location and the staff was nice. The only downside was that at one of the hottest nights nobody took action when the Aircon was down on the entire floor. It was a sleepless night. It's it has a pool. I haven't had a need to use the kitchennete, but a kettle could be useful."

"Villa situata in un’ottima zona ad un passo dal mare e molto ben servita dai mezzi. La villa era molto pulita e ben tenuta, eravamo un gruppo di 14 ragazzi ventenni e l’abbiamo trovata perfetta. La cucina era fornita di molti strumenti adatti anche a grandi numeri, così come il resto della villa. Il giardino era davvero magnifico e la piscina molto più grande di quello che sembrava nelle foto, quindi molto bella. La casa è davvero in un’ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare (3 min a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus per il centro (1 min a piedi) e ad un grande mercadona (3 min a piedi). I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi e disponibili in ogni nostra esigenza, sono pure venuti il primo giorno a mostrarci le caratteristiche della casa e ci hanno consigliato ottimi posti per goderci Valencia. Assolutamente consigliabile per un gruppo di giovani ragazzi così come per grandi o molteplici famiglie. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e la casa è davvero perfetta."
