A pleasant stay

The university was a nice place to stay. Very roomy and clean. It is halfway between downtown and the waterfront. We were there is the summer and the residence was also occupied by student camps. It is also close to bus transportation so it was very easy to get around. The local food choices were a little limited but what we did find was inexpensive and good. If we were to return, we would stay closer to the downtown core area. Overall a pleasant stay.

A friend and I stayed here while visiting my daughter who is studying abroad. Despite this being a dorm, our room was in a separate wing and offered a bedroom, kitchenette, private bathroom, living/dining area. It was very clean, comfortable, close to transportation and many dining options nearby. We did not use the facilities at all, but were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was with all the college students. Great value for the money!

Convenient, but not very pretty room. AC is freezing. Kitchen sink smelled really bad. Cleaning service forgot to clean my room for 3 days untill I asked them. Reception was very nice and I liked the overall building and its park. Easy to get to beach and city center.

Relaxing apartment hotel

Very good place to stay in Valencia. Peaceful and quiet but still a lot of good restaurants just around the corner.

The rooms were dirty, and the facilities very poor. My sheets looked like they were older than me and they had stains on them. I’ve stayed in hostel dorms that were much nicer than my private room here.

Deutlich zu teuer für das was es ist, die Küche hatte neben Besteck und Tellern nur einen Topf aber keine Pfanne oder Küchenbesteck. Ich wollte täglich kochen, musste dann aber jedesmal mein Rührei mit dem Löffel aus dem Topf kratzen. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption gab es trotzdem keinen Pfannenwender oder dergleichen, eine 12 cm Minipfanne fand ich am nächsten Morgen auf meinem Herd deponiert, sah aus, als hätte eine der Angestellten beim nahegelegenen Carrefour die 5 Europfanne, die ich mir in der Not schon kaufen wollte, erworben. Naja. Der Rest war in Ordnung, für den Preis von knapp 800€ für 14 Tage aber inadäquat.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gab ein Kraftraum der vollkommen für grundübungen ausreichend ist. Der Spielraum war auch super. Highlight war die Klima-Anlage in unseren Zimmer. Ohne die hätten wir wohl im Bett in Schweiß geschwommen. 😅
