Everything was great everyone was so friendly and happy

ROOM: shower has cute art design and privacy and I loved it, bathroom was cute. I did see 1 bug but could've been from having my balcony open. it smelled like mildew and will make your clothes smell like it too. Hard to sleep because sheets smell like it too. I don't believe they run the AC when its not booked, Electricity is controlled by the room keycard being inserted. So you can't charge anything once you leave if you have only 1 keycard. TV audio cuts in and out. PROPERTY: private beach is the best part, swim up bar is a smaller pool, they play the music low. At BAMBU, the crowd is jumping and music is blasting. it also gets really crowded as the day goes on. And cabanas get snatched up for the whole day. STAFF: most are really friendly and professional they slim front desk guy seemed unfriendly to me that I was not clearly Caribbean maybe, idk. There was one guy who tried to stop me from getting breakfast right at checkout because I had luggage with me. I'm solo, the front desk is a far walk, I paid alot on this.. I deserve breakfast with such an early checkout. He had a tone as if I was told this, knew and was just disobeying. I didn't know I couldn't. Destination Service was on time getting me TO my return flight but it does take long COMING in and you leave so early if you have a morning flight. No info on the digital events calnedar by the check in so I missed a few events. Was turned away for the eat in restaurants on my bday because I came at 9.
