Luxury 3 BR Condo - Infinity Pool - AWA Residences

Welcome to Condo "Anahuac" (Near the water) at AWA Residences in Playacar phase 2. This elegant and equipped residence has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and capacity for 10 adults. This condominium is perfect for a family vacation or meeting with a group of friends.



The main bedroom offers a king bed, the guest room has two double beds with television and private bathrooms. Its third bedroom has 2 double beds.



The condominium has wireless internet and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a Smart TV and views of the pool. Right next to the living room, its private patio with a view of the pool.



This condominium is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and Fifth Avenue, where you can find many options for dining or shopping. Additionally, this unit is only 40 minutes by ferry from Cozumel Island.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service and many others

Everything was perfect

The apartment is luxurious, it has three bedrooms, one on the second floor, which surprised me, very modern finishes, and it is right next to the pool, just a few steps away through a beautiful garden, everything is perfect.

Our two-week stay at the AWA Condominium, Playa del Carmen

Communication with Luis and Marisol from the NAS management was excellent from our arrival to our departure, they responded efficiently to our requests. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. A basket of snacks and sparkling wine in the refrigerator was a welcome addition to relax after the arrival journey. PlayaCar is a safe place. Luis personally supported us in obtaining our bracelets to enter. We celebrated a birthday at the condominium during our stay, and everything was extraordinary. We would stay here again without hesitation we highly recommend it!
