  • Welcome to Condo Anahuac at AWA Residences, Playacar phase 2. This elegant and equipped residence features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and capacity for 10 adults. This condominium is perfect for a family vacation or gathering with a group of friends.



    The master bedroom offers a king bed, the guest room has two double beds with television and private bathrooms. Your third bedroom has 2 double beds.



    The condominium has wireless internet and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a Smart TV and pool views. Right next to the living room is your private patio with a view of the pool.



    This condominium is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and Fifth Avenue, where you will find many options for dining and shopping. Additionally, this unit is only 40 minutes by ferry from the island of Cozumel.



    MONTHLY PRICE:

    - Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

    - We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is luxurious, it has three bedrooms, one on the second floor, which surprised me, very modern finishes, and it is right next to the pool, just a few steps away through a beautiful garden, everything is perfect.

Our two-week stay at the AWA Condominium, Playa del Carmen

Communication with Luis and Marisol from the NAS management was excellent from our arrival to our departure, they responded efficiently to our requests. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. A basket of snacks and sparkling wine in the refrigerator was a welcome addition to relax after the arrival journey. PlayaCar is a safe place. Luis personally supported us in obtaining our bracelets to enter. We celebrated a birthday at the condominium during our stay, and everything was extraordinary. We would stay here again without hesitation we highly recommend it!
