"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. The rooms were also very clean and well-kept. I really enjoyed the extra activities as well. The bike rentals and little hoverboard-type rides were really cool, and seeing the wild animals roaming around the property was such a unique and fun experience. There were definitely a lot of cool things to do and see. the worst part was check-in process into the hotel took forever. With so many families checking in, the process felt very slow and unorganized. That was probably the most annoying part of the entire stay. My other suggestion would be to add another pool. The pool was extremely packed, so unfortunately, I didn’t really get to enjoy it. An additional pool would definitely help during busy times. Overall, I had a great stay. The staff, cleanliness, activities, and unique atmosphere really made the experience enjoyable. With a faster check-in process and another pool, I think this place could be even better!"

"Everything was amazing! The only bad thing was the beach was with a lot of algae and we couldn’t get in. But inside the hotel we had a blast!"

"Five-Star Family Vacation Experience! Our family had the most amazing stay at this resort! The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the layout was perfect for traveling with kids. What We Loved: The Water Park & Pool: The kids' water park is incredible and kept them entertained for hours. The swim-up bar was a major highlight for the adults! The Food: The buffet offered excellent food with plenty of variety. Most of the reservation-only restaurants served outstanding meals (though we found the French restaurant to be just okay compared to how amazing the others were).The Entertainment: The nightly live shows and music were spectacular. They put on high-quality entertainment every single night that our whole family loved. Special Thanks to the Incredible Staff: The warm welcome we received from the staff truly made our trip unforgettable. We want to give a special shout-out to: Kids Club: Betty, Ale, Adri, Ruben, and Kinyi (the DJ)—thank you for keeping the kids so happy and engaged!
