Welcome to Gaviotas II condominiums in Playa del Carmen. Its convenient location makes it very central and close to Playa's main attractions, it is only 5 minutes from Fifth Avenue.
The condominium has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped for your comfort, with double beds. The master suite has access to the patio and a view of the pool.
The kitchen has all the utensils and facilities for cooking, plus there is wifi connection throughout the condominium. Your living room has a private balcony overlooking the pool and a table for four people.
This condominium is 2 minutes from the La Mega and DAC supermarkets. Also, if you like golf, the Hard Rock golf course is 2 miles away in Playacar.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

Great stay in a great area
Loved the location of this condo, so convenient to everything! The pool is awesome! The condo is comfortable, although the small size of the kitchen makes every day meal preparation a bit difficult. It would also be nice to have screens to keep the bugs down as we prefer to cool the unit with fans and open doors, rather than using AC. By being conscious of our electricity use our cost was only 275 pesos for the month! All contact with the property manager was promptly responded to. It would be nice to boost the WiFi as I couldn't get a signal on the balcony, which by the way is a nice size with privacy from foliage and a lovely hammock to laze in. One TV needs replacing, and we would prefer if there was a TV in the living area, but they are as shown in photos. Would also be nice to have more than a couple of English speaking channels. Overall had a lovely stay in this condo and looking at options to stay in this complex in the future.
