This vacation rental is the located in the ONLY DOWNTOWN complex with its own beach club restaurant on site in downtown Playa del Carmen. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. Please note that the unit sleeps 6 adults with the exception of 2 additional children...One in current bed set up and one in a rollaway bed or crib (additional cost).

With a beautiful heated pool, jacuzzi, and amenities including, Beach club restaurant, world-class gym (The Gym), and spa, this property has it all! This is a unique condo complex with individual owners, yet all professionally managed by one company providing continuity and the highest level of service in Playa.

This three-bedroom duplex condo has three separate baths and a private terrace with views to a relaxing, unique gecko pool. It features one king size, one queen size and 2 twin size beds (or another king size instead of two twin size beds).

The condo has 24-hour security and 24-hour maintenance, along with underground parking for one car. Daily maid service is included (except Sunday's and Holiday's). There is also full-size, washer and dryer for your convenience.
