This hotel is best for families 5 mnts drive to one of best beaches also grocery stores It’s 13 mnts from playa del Carmen employees very very kind kitchen good for breakfast and nice beds . I like the location it’s in the medle of all ateactions and cities to visit 30 to 45 mnts to. All Tulum cancun and all small cities . The best was the whasher/dryer on the apartment . I ll go back again next time

Great location near Mayakoba Golf. Huge, wrll appointed 2 Br 2ba apt for around 70 usd per night. Nice pool, lounge areas. No restaurant but many options close by. Also, just 5 min drive to beach.

Love to stay there again

It was a wonderful place to stay. We feel safe and the staff were very nice. It was quite and next two big resorts. We stayed there five days and use the kitchen to cook our food.

Had a great stay, the staff were helpful and kind and the place was clean and quiet. Great place for families, and those looking for a quiet place to stay away from the loud busy downtown playa del Carmen. There is a beach not far down the road too, and the pool is nice.

Heaven Hotel was perfect for a night’s stay before the airport. It was clean, comfortable, BIG, had a pool, and could park right below the room. It also felt very safe and was in a quiet area.

When we arrived at the front desk the young lady was very friendly and has good customer services. The rooms are very nice and walkable to restaurants and 7 eleven cross the street.

The property is 15 minutes from 5ta Avenida and far from all the activities. Not within walking distant to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, however, the sheets were stained. Comfortable overall. 7/11 conveniently located around the corner.

Very clean and quiet. Loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Elevator wasn’t working and it was a bit difficult with a child and stroller. You need a car as this location is far from the center of town. Only walked to 7 eleven, taco restaurant and pizzeria across the street. Caribe shuttle express came through and was our go to for transportation.

This property is newer, very clean, great staff, beautiful pool, spacious parking, and the rooms are big, tons of natural light, blackout curtains, plenty of closet space, 2B/2B, big kitchen, tvs in every room, gorgeous living room, and washer/dryer! You can’t beat the price for this value. Also all the amenities you need on the same block (pharmacy, medical, food, convenience store, barber, swimwear, and more. Would highly recommend!

Stayed there for 6 days with my 5 kids. Everything is well kept and clean. Fairly new building. Kids loved the pool it was kept clean. Got the 2 bedroom, rooms were spacious, with 2 sets of full washrooms and tvs in every room and living room. There’s a full kitchen and fridge so that was great to be able to cook breakfast there before leaving for the day. Close by to a 7/11 right beside the hotel as well as other shops and a laundry mart. We rented a car so there is a fenced garage as well for free use with the hotel. You just have to let them know when you’re leaving and coming back they open 24 hrs. We enjoyed our stay at Heaven Hotel and would recommend for families, as it is more away from the young party life hotel strip.

The property is nice and in a good location, but it needs better maintenance. The elevator is out of service and the hotel was not accessible. we were traveling with an elderly woman and being here was difficult for her. The sheets were ill fitted for the beds, they were too small.
